Dinner today took me from 8-1130pmbut technically i cooked the rice yesterday via steaming taking 30min each time. & today's actual cooking was roughly 40minutes. but we spent a long time chit chatting and drinking wine together with the meal me, royston and ana, my cutest spanish friend partly bcos the spanish are accustomed to eat dinner real late!! my first attempt at pineapple rice!  my dish- pineapple rice topped with raisins and pork floss ingredients: pineapple, rice, chicken, brinjal, zuccini, corn, raisins, coriander(to give it the asian kick), pork floss, chilli, garlic, onion (royston says all thai restaurants serve with raisins! OMG really? i can't rmb) but royston helped a lot. :D  royston's herbal chicken soup (YUM YUM, taste of home)  Ana's spanish omelette mainly egg with potatoes. yumyum u can taste the layers!  Ana reading my postcard to her (: i'm sleepy already. uploading russia pictures on fb takes a longgg time. i think i will just upload this time round and blog weird stuff if i feel like it cos i needa start reading my texts very soon xoxo, V |
the girl
vivien is a nus bizader, twentythree and loved by her family and friends. she loves travelling
and taking photos and losing weight. (not necessarily the process) she is generally nice (she thinks!)
a little fluffy. but don't take life too seriously! a little temperamental, a little emotional! (but i'm a girl :))) and sometimes she just talks too much when she's nervous. :D :D chitchat
