10AM- 10PM WITH CINDY AND MY BRO  best friend and best brother(only have 1 brother; so i don't have much choice!) cindy is holding some walnut biscuit and my bro a ear biscuit! ;D  the place in singapore that is the most authentic nian gao and mooncakes love their nian gao to bits! :DD ah-ha! traditional  chicken rice at maxwellthe queue was super long but i think its only passable.. aint that crazy about chix rice my mum's chickern rice standard is comparable (but thankfully she doesnt know my blog if not she'll get a big head! haha)  went t0 the hospital, cindy's bro had an eye operation!and it says plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic; haha we laughed ourselves silly at the PLASTIC SURGERY thing! hahahahahahha! cos the operation was more of reconstructive lah. we did some talking to her bro, who, due to the operation, couldnt open his eyes.He had to rely on us for some vision stuff. Typical of him, he asked us if the nurse was pretty. Also, he asked what was the toy cindy bought from the pharmacy for him. He guessed it was a mouse.. mickey mouse! cos he felt the ears. We were like.. erm No! guess again! then cindy's mum said snoopy. (i was desperately trying to conceal my laughter :DD cos not so polite to laugh loudly in a hospital ward and at what her mum was saying.. cos the toy is not mickey, not snoopy but POOH BEAR! HAHAHAH :pp then cindy and me bidded goodbye to her brother and left for sim lim square to buy a 2GB thumbdrive (cos all along i wanted to buy one! for what purpose u might think. err.. to store photos to develop? DUH! hahhaha so silly right! ) anyway i developed 517 photos at people's park ytd as well! 1 for 15cents :) the quality's not that great but its okay lah. was smiling myself silly while looking at the photos! (vietnam, thailand, taiwan, random) i lovelovelove photos! :DDD Did some haggling at simlim for SOMEthing for DX then went to meet bro again :) had dinner at miss clarity again even though i was there 2 days ago! (cos bro had never been there). was trying to hint to him to eat somewhere else like suggesting "what about that kopi tiam?" "eh... pepper rice, cindy u want pepper lunch?" and even to the extent of stopping myself at some cafe and just for the sake of eating somewhere else.. but bro was insistent.. so... er.r.. okay. hahah  bro and cindy! bro and cindyhis is some squid ink rice thing (cant rmb whats the french name for it, rissoto? me and cindy shared a hawaiian pizza), once again its cheap lah.. :D  me and my bestie againwent to get cindy's present later with her, its a watch a gold one, kind of retro feel which is hip nowadays! hahah was brooding over what present to get her cos its like i think sometimes when u are closer to the person its quite hard to get gifts for her. and u really really want her to like it. and we both know we like useful stuff. shant reveal where we got this nice watch and how much i got it for her! but i like it! but bro has one that almost looks like it so i'll share with him!
seriously i wouldnt mind if they got together and married each other, i aint crossing out this possibility since they get along quite well. and my bro's quite sociable (hahah!) and wouldnt it be nice if my sister in law is my best friend? :DDD*GRINS!  me with bro's gold watch and cindy with her earliated bday present doesnt she look nice with her gold watch? :)) the toys bro caught at the arcade, this isnt all, he caught like 9 toys with 25bucks! :DDcute right.zai lah! no wonder he has so much luck with girls lah! kbox, clarity's

today i had lunch with cindy at miss clarity's located at Purvis Street.both of us had set lunch (includes main course + salad/soup + drink + dessert) The pricing is OK! Should really meet up with more jobless people over lunch rather than dinner. Lunch is definitely a cheaper alternative. I had chicken cordon bleu and She had chicken ballotine. (Pics will be uploaded likely on friday, when i get back from NUS Biz Ad camp) I will be off to NUS Biz Ad camp for 4 whole days. Not really a big fan of camps (contrary to popular belief by some friends who think that council people are camp-inclined) as I prefer to sleep at home. But definitely, it will be great enjoying a camp, rather than being the organiser! Guess it will be good to know my fellow faculty mates and establish friendships. The female: male ratio = 7:3 GOOD NEWS FOR guys. bad news for girls. but who cares, its the people around that matters. =) Will update on what-happened-at-camp when I get back too. After meeting Cindy today, I went to kbox with chuan, huimin, weiqi. The Chengyuan BBSS(Brother Brother Sister Sister gang). According to Weiqi, who founded this gang, who exclaimed EXCITEDLY (this word is very necessary as it shows his exact emotion at that point) as if he found a theory during our previous meetup. He said why we 4 get along well and always meetup is due to the males, Chuan and himself being elder brothers and having 1 younger sister each. On the females' side, Huimin and me both have elder brothers and are the only younger sister sibling in the family. WHAT AN AMAZING THEORY WEIQI (i know u prolly will be reading this) hahah- Ok, we 4 had a great time at kbox! I think the 3 of them make great kbox company! All this even though I think kbox is going all out to make as much money as they can from us consumers. Apparently K Student is now not 2-7pm, "even if you book early, due to parents calling kbox to complain that their children should be home earlier, hence KStudent is only for 3 hours". (THE PERSON at counter say one) Instead, it is only for 3hours! What a lame excuse by Kbox. LAMElamelamelame. Also dear parents, parenting should not be a Karaoke joint's responsibility, better communication is needed between Parent and Child. Anywy need to do some last minute packing for camp, will reupdate the blog again when Chuan sends me our karaoke photos. (we took A LOT cos i was dissatisfied by some shots as usual haha)  :) BBSS GANG! anyway u guys might want to read weiqi's blog entry http://gleamstreet.blogspot.com/2007/06/beauty-of-physics.html on his thoery about beauty of physics regarding my photowhoring. its quite amazing really. |

a little fluffy. but don't take life too seriously! a little temperamental, a little emotional! (but i'm a girl :))) and sometimes she just talks too much when she's nervous. :D :D chitchat
